  • Going deep: You will go deep in this stage and be aware that there is a change.
  • Suggestion: They will give you suggestions that can help you to reach your goal if you need deep sleep or imagery or something else.
  • Finishing: This will be when you come out of your trance, and you are fully awake.

Hypnosis is a voluntary thing even though some people say it isn’t and no one can force it on you. There is evidence that hypnosis can change your life and help you to sleep better.
