Editorial & Review Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026
This policy describes the editorial standard Knowing Souls applies to new and updated content. Because the site contains a substantial historical archive, some older articles may not yet fully reflect these standards.
Scope and purpose
We publish educational material about spiritual traditions, psychic services, tarot, relationships, and personal reflection. We aim to inform without presenting metaphysical beliefs as established scientific fact.
Sources and claims
- Factual claims should be supported by reliable, relevant sources when practical.
- Spiritual and metaphysical concepts should be identified as beliefs, traditions, interpretations, or reported experiences.
- We avoid promises of certainty, guaranteed accuracy, healing, reunion, financial gain, or supernatural protection.
- Health, safety, legal, and financial topics require clear limits and referral to qualified professionals.
Reviews and commercial content
When comparing a service, relevant factors may include pricing transparency, provider terms, user control, safety boundaries, and available features. Affiliate compensation may influence what can be featured, but it should not determine the factual conclusions or justify unsupported claims. Current rates and offers must be verified with the provider.
Use of AI and editorial tools
Automated tools, including AI, may support outlining, drafting, editing, or quality checks. AI output is not treated as an authority or evidence. Our editorial standard requires claims to be checked, belief-based material to be framed appropriately, and safety limitations to be added before publication. Historical content is being brought toward this standard progressively.
Corrections and updates
We may correct wording, titles, links, disclosures, or factual errors and may add an updated date. Material that is outdated, duplicative, or not ready for revision may be removed from search indexing while remaining accessible for historical continuity.
